About Honor
I have been providing Physical Therapy for thirty-five years in various sports medicine and orthopedic settings both in Maryland and Florida. I have spent sixteen years working for Beachside Physical Therapy. In 2018 I decided to change the course of my professional life and start my own private practice to enable me to spend more individual time with my clients, with the goal of providing a higher level of care, resulting in quicker recovery times.

Initial Evaluations – $85.00
One Hour Treatments – $80.00
Half Hour treatments – $45.00
Can I submit my bill to my insurance provider?
Yes, I will provide you with all the paper work and medical codes necessary for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Can I pay with my Health Saving Account Debit Card?
Yes, I am able to run any debit or credit card for payment.
Can I submit my bill to my Flexible Spending Account provider?
Yes, I will provide you with all the paper work and medical codes necessary for you to submit to your FSA provider.
Do I need a doctor's referral before I can see a Physical therapist?
The State of Florida has approved direct access to physical therapists, meaning you do not need to go to a doctor first when you are seeking physical therapy.
However, you will need a doctor’s script for any treatments after thirty days.
What are your hours?
All treatments are scheduled by appointment. I try to accommodate each patient’s schedule when creating a treatment plan.

Are there any forms to fill out before I come for my initial evaluation?
Yes, please download and fill out the New Patient Forms and bring the completed forms to your first appointment. The forms are linked on my home page. Click the “New Patient Forms” button and the forms should download into your computer’s “Downloads” folder automatically.
